Welcome to Trader Club (traderclub.ca). By accessing or using this website, our newsletter, or any of our tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What Trader Club is (and isn't)
Trader Club is an educational and informational service. We publish general market data, plain-English explanations of stock movements, and educational tools (including an AI chart reader). We are not an investment adviser, broker, or dealer. Nothing on this site is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. See our Financial Disclaimer.
2. Accounts & subscriptions
Some features require a free account or a paid plan (Pro / Pro+). Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at scale, reverse-engineering, reselling our data, automated abuse of free limits, or using the service to break any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI-generated content
Some content is generated with the help of AI and may contain errors or omissions. It is provided "as is." Always verify against the linked primary source before acting on anything.
5. Intellectual property
The Trader Club name, design, and original content are ours. Market data is provided by third-party data providers and remains theirs. You may share links; you may not republish our content wholesale.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trader Club is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site — including trading losses. Data may be delayed or inaccurate.
7. Third-party links
We link to brokers, data sources, and other sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices. Some links are affiliate/paid links — see our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Changes & governing law
